Terms and Cancellation Policy
Please review the following terms before booking with Seventh Wave. By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
Booking Confirmation
A complete booking and a 50% non-refundable booking deposit are required to reserve your service date. Dates are not guaranteed until both the booking form and deposit have been received.
Booking confirmed within 7 days of the event may be subject to a rush booking fee based on therapist availability and scheduling requirements.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due on the day of the event and must be paid no later than the conclusion of the scheduled event.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
14 or more days before your event: Full refund of the deposit.
7–13 days before your event: Deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to one new service date within 12 months, subject to availability.
Less than 7 days before your event: The deposit is non-refundable.
Changes to Your Event
Requests to modify the event date, location, service duration, or number of therapists are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Cancellation or Changes by Seventh Wave
If your assigned therapist becomes unavailable due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances, Seventh Wave will make every reasonable effort to provide a qualified replacement therapist. If a replacement is unavailable, we will work with you to reschedule your service at a convenient date. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or payments made.
Travel Fees
Travel within our standard service area is included. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area and will be communicated before booking.
Therapist Breaks
To ensure the highest quality of service, each massage therapist receives a 15-minute break for every two hours of continuous service.
Health & Safety
Massage services provided by Seventh Wave are intended for relaxation and wellness purposes only. Our therapists reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if client safety, therapist safety, or inappropriate conduct becomes a concern.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen emergencies. In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule whenever possible.
Agreement
By booking services with Seventh Wave, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Cancellation Policy.
